not sure if it works for hp only the disks that is
but the license is for windows 7 home premium it is not tacked to a brand.
so techinically if i sent you a pirated copy of home premium and a legit license it would be legal. or you could download the 30 day free trial and i'll send you the license

yup lsu gives a ton of different software free. plus since i am an employee at lsu aswell i get more programs free =]

Fact is this is atleast a 50$ value and 5$ for shipping is dang good. But if preferred i will ship it first class without the instructions in just the paper cd case wrapped in a taped piece of paper and cardboard. makeshift gamefly envelope lol. that should be under 1$ and if the auction goes to 750 i'll ship it free first class

Just some info about shipping because if I could start an organization to inform everyone how to ship safely and at the best prices, I would. haha.
Don't fall into the hype of Priority mail. The post office has been pushing Priority, especially flat rate, like it's saving people money but it's not. If you ship a lot like I do (ebay) you'll know that Priority mail is a huge rip off most of the time. Now they are basically trying to scam people with these flat rate boxes which 70% of the time cost more than normal Priority or first class parcel.
First class and Priority has the same non-guarantee if you don't buy insurance. In order for a seller to really protect themselves to prove shipment in case of lost mail than they will need to prove some sort of tracking anyway so delivery confirmation is recommended at the least. This way you can show listia it was sent in case of a dispute. There is nothing special about priority except delivery confirmation is free if purchased online and a 5% discount, it's supposed to be 2-3 days and first class is 3-5 days (but it's usually just as fast)
To be honest, offering free shipping always gets more bids/credits than trying to get people to hassle through paypal for a few bucks but it's up to a seller to decide if they want to spend a couple bucks for those extra credits...

yeah , but it gives me that more protective flat rate cardboard envelope. I usually just get flat rate boxes and cover every inch of it in duct tape lol then send it first class or media mail. lol

hmm now things are getting interesting lol
i might lower the free shipping mark if i send it first class
how about a vote from bidders only?
free shipping first class would get no guarantee beyond me handing it to the postal worker.

Well I am Dead Serious About Wanting It. No Problem With Me Paying The Shipping. 5.00 + Is Not Alot For What The Person Who Wins Is Getting. Seems Fair To Me.

In Light of all the spam on listia and the ridiculous amount of first time bidders to my auctions I have adopted a "nut up or shut up" policy.
Anyone who posts stupid spam in the hopes of scores 5 credits will be blocked from Commenting/ bidding/winning/ contacting me ever again.
If you win one of my auctions i expect you to respond I am removing my 8 hour delivery and I will only deliver after I have been notified by the winner.
I have found that many of the winners of my auctions are new accounts people are using to bid win then throw away the account and start a new one.
This is the new policy. Have a problem with it feel free to pm me.
This policy does not apply to people with over 10 feedback or previous buyers.
Thanks
Justin
