RE: Melissa694: if its a US DVD it most likely wont play in Ireland as it is Region 1 in US and probably Region 2 in Ireland (as it is PAL in Europe instead of NTSC as it is in US/Canada) :) Hope that helps

The only other countries that can view DVDs from the United States are Canada, Bermuda, and the U.S. territories, everywhere else is different.. unless it's region 0 code (which I've only came across Region 0 DVDs that are illegal bootlegs. Lol) =)
