Yes Indeed it is real. It is taged 14KGB . If I ship in an envelope it would probably be less than $3.oo including the cost of tracking. You simply cannot go wrong. I just hope I am not sorry I listed this peice. Good luck bidding.

Yes it is real 14 Karat gold bonded. The gold is bonded over the top of sterling silver. It is a higher quality than gold plated because plated tends to flake off over time. Since the gold is bonded on, it is a heavy peice. I was leary to list but my husband no longer wears it . The tag on the necklace reads 14KGB You simply cannot go wrong.

CORRECTION: The gold is not over the top of Sterling silver it is mad by another method in which the two precious metals are meshed together much stronger and better quality than overlay or plated. This is a very nice, heavey peice of Jewlery

It's not real they said its over sterling. That means when you go to cash it in you'll get under 30 dollars sorry lol

I asked a jewler yesterday exactly what it ment to be bonded. It is NOT Solid gold however it is Real 14 Karat gold that is BONDED meaning it is meshed in with Silver and NOT overlaid likd plated. One 1/4 the thickness that was solid gold costs over $800. She assured me it was worth at least $1oo.oo. I was wrong is stating it was bonded over the top. it is actually bonded in the silver. Much more expensive than $30.00. Sorry but you have the wrong information. It is worth much more than $30.00. I'm beginning to think I have made a mistake putting something of such quality on Lista. I hope I am wrong.

This peice is not SOLID however it is BONDED not plated or overlaid. The bonded process is when 2 precious metals being gold and silver are meshed together making it much stirdier and a much highter quality than plated. The tag on the peice shows that it is indeed 14KGB. Feel free to contact a jewler if you have any doubts about the quality of this peice. Thanks for bidding.

Now I am told by 2 other jewlers that this necklace isNOT worth $100.00. I do not want to mislead anyone but it looks like I was given the wrong information about it's worth. It is stamped 14KGB and is very heavy. I am truley sorry for any misunderstandings that I might have cause in my posts above. I do not know how much it is worth. I should have checked with more than one person before posting. Agan I am sorry for any misunderstanding I have caused.
