Honestly, I dont remember exactly how many there are, but i do know that that is AT LEAST 200 cards...right now, i am posting this at 4AM and they are currently stored away, but when i get a chance at some point today (1/16) i will update with an EXACT number.

these are all the cards that i have...honestly, i dont plan on buying anymore for personal entertainment, but i will keep and eye out for any that i can get for cheap or free

does the binder come with them?

yes...it is a red, 2 in binder, and it also includes extra protector sleeves

the binder isn't brand new, but its not all raggedy and falling apart, so it should hold up fine for a while, unless you want to move stuff around, idk what you do with your collections
