This is for ONE (1) brand new double hinged photo frame they will hold two 3 1/2 x 5 photo's they are from Walmart and made of Plastic is it like a burgundy wood look with silver frame although they are easily paint able (I painted mine black) the backs are black with easy access. thank you.
