this phone is like new,no scratches,comes with the battery and sim card,i personally have never even used the phone but it works great and is wifi compatiable it was under contract tho so u'll have to get it reactivated,and it can also be used as a pay as u go phone if u get it set up that way,the carrier is verison.Any questions just ask :) ps. i also ask that the winner plz provide their address asap,i try to get my things out within 1-2 days. I also have a charger for this phone as well as a cover (its actually for a diffrent blackberry but it fits) if bids go over 3,000 i will include those as well,this will all come in a bubblewraped envelope. happy bidding

Umm...I'm sry but I don't know alot about phones relating to stuff like that,so unfortunately I can't answer ur question.I myself only ever used the phone for wifi .everything has been reset to factory settings tho if that helps answer ur question any,again sry I couldn't answer ur question

if this is a verizon phone it is cdma not gsm;sim cardl; it is the blackberry curve 8530 i have the same model also if you try to activate it with verizon as a pre pay you will not be able too if the contract has a past due balance but good luck to you.

Do you owe any unpaid bills to Verizon while using this phone? Or has the phone ever been reported lost or stolen? That will determine if the ESN is clean or not for reactivation.

i do believe this to be a clean esn its only ever had 2 maybe 3 owners and it wasnt even set up yet with a plan yet to my knoledge,as far as i know it just needs reactivated. I honestly dont know much about this phone just what i've listed,sry.
