It would be cheaper to not put it in a flat rate box since it's so light weight. As a matter of fact, you could put it in a sturdy bag. What I do when I ship cloth stuff is put it in plastic and wrap it in shipping paper.

I agree about the mailing info..... you can also wrap it in a brown paper bag and it is cheaper than sending it in the boxes. Yarn is very lightweight and ships easily in paper.
