PayPal does not require a credit card. You can link your Paypal acct to a bank account - one that you actually use, or one opened for that purpose in which you don't keep many funds. It's easy to start up and easy to use and saves so much hassle shopping online.

Open a bank account strictly for online trading/shopping, link it to your Paypal account and you are set to go! Easy-peasy!

I would prefer not to do free shipping. I would have to ask a lot more credits for the seeds if I were sending them with free shipping. If you are going to shop online, you really should have a Paypal account. It's so much easier! - and safer than giving someone your credit card information.
