This was so hard to find for my granddaughter, most of these princess or whoever you want to be are 2-3t or 4-6, found this at Jo-Ann fabric along with accessories that you can pretty much purchase anywhere.Its in excellent shape. Tag says role play costume small. made by Princess express It was a way for her to have something to wear when dressing up with her girl cousins. It has that net type fabric over bottom of dress. It's really cute

No, I got it for my granddaughter at a sewing place that had dress up stuff made smaller than at other places. I couldn't find any dress up clothes her size even durning Halloween season, she is really small for her age. All the stuff her cousins had was so overwhelming big. She just let us dress her up a few times in it. I think it is called a dress up princess dress. She wasn't too keen even on wearing a costume at Halloween I got her a Minnie Mouse one for then.
