Hi, Yes unfortunately it does. I 'just' shipped one from Canada to the US and it was $5.85 + tax (more than $6 total). Hope you still consider to bid on this.

Hello .. I love the hat its just adorable, it would be perfect for newborn pictures when my baby comes. My budget is tight though is there anyway you could possibly change the shipping to free .. or bring down the shipping payment?

Oh I wish I could, but this is what Canada post charges me to ship to the US. The last baby hat I shipped cost me $5.85+tax, so I'm actually loosing money on shipping as it is.
