The listing, Pretty vintage necklace/bracelet set has ended.
I believe this is a set of Sarah Coventry costume jewelry from the 1950's or 1960's. It is silvertone with black stones. The bracelet measures about 7". The necklace measures 15 1/2" with a 3 1/2" extension. The tag on the necklace has the initials "CH." Free shipping.
The bracelet looks like new. The necklace isn't quite as shiny as the bracelet. I am going to take it home tonight and try polishing it with toothpaste (the chain). I'll try to let you know tonight or first thing in the morning what it looks like after I polish it. Thanks for looking.
I tried to research to see what the ch stood for. In one thing I read, the man who started Sarah Coventry was C.H. Stuart. But I never could find where it said that ch went on the Sarah Coventry jewelry. I am just assuming that it is because it looks just like some of the pieces that I looked up.
