is this machine washable?

Length 26 inches plus 2 inches of fringe. Total 28 inches. As for washing instruction does not give on the tag inside poncho or on the paper tag. The poncho has golden yarn and little gold sequins sewn on the yarn. I would feel comfortable hand washing it in cold water and laying flat to dry. But that is my opinion of looking at and feeling the material. Hope this helps a little.
