It is sticky tape that I guess melted when I washed it. Like I said you can't notice it unless you unravel the low part in front and pull it out. You can see in pictures.
Other than it doesn't hurt anything and you don't know its there.
That is the ONLY issue.
You also can't feel it is there when you wear it.
I will not lower days, or lower gin.
