Description

The listing, Pretty Sundew Rosette (Carnivorous) has ended.

This auction is for ( 10 ) seeds. Place seeds in 100% better grow orchid mix or sphagnum moss mixed with some perlite in small 2-4" pots being careful not to bury the seeds. I place the pots in a tray & over with plastic wrap. Mist & place in warm place or window that has indirect sunlight. Fluorescent lights work well also. It can take a week to 2 months for the seeds to germinate. After 4 or more leaves start to form, punch a few holes at a time in the plastic wrap for less humidity. When several leaves have appeared you can remove the wrap. When carnivorous leaves start appearing you need to start feeding them to enhance growth. I use beta pellets (fish food pellets) breaking them into very small wee pieces & placing them in the the opened leaves with tweezers. As leaves start maturing & grow larger, you can give them larger pieces. Good luck & God Bless.

Im not very knowledgeable with these kind of plants but it seems crazy that they eat fish food lol. Can i ask why you use the tweezers? I know thats probably a stupid question but i had to ask.
