I also can list a TEK on how to make your own (covers both the first phase of making the liquid and the second phase of making a portion of liquid into creme) -- folks that use this creme routinely (or if you use liquid routinely) can make at home & know for certain what they are using, plus save a lot of money.

Yep -- there is a lot of disinformation on the internet, but once you find the real info you can do a lot for yourself. We have 3 dogs that (CS) along with some other well scavenged herbal or natural remedies keeps them well and FAR AWAY from traditional medicine. They live longer, stay healthier and our bank account also thanks us.

I have sent your winner (cramp recipe) but I printed several solutions since you seem to be interested in these things -- there is often more ways than one to skin a cat, and although the Amish Recipe is great sometimes other things are easier or applicable for example when you are on an airplane :) -- Best, Mike
