One "Broken Heart" patch.

This is an awesome patch.
I have mine sewn on the left pocket of my jacket
in memory of the heart attack I survived 6 years ago.

Size: 3 inches height by 3-1/4 inches width
Type: Sew-on/Iron-on
Condition: Would be perfect except on the back someone a neatly (i.e. could be worse) scribbled red line up and down mark -- measured at one inch.

This mark does not affect the front of the patch.
So, other than this mark: no tears or stains, never used!
