Thank you for looking. It's a hair accessory/barrette from Japan. I bought it at a store in Tokyo but I have too much hair for it... It's pretty. Please see the photos to see the different patterns on both sides. It's hard to see but has glitter in it so it'll make you look shine!!!
THE BARRETT IS 4 1/2 IN. (THE LONGEST PART)
PLEASE SEE THE PHOTO FOR THE INSIDE INFO.

Please understand that my auction has a $1 shipping/supply charge via Paypal unless I can send it w/ regular postage stamp. This is because it's much easier to pay postage and print the shipping label thru Paypal.(If I make the auctions free shipping then I can't do so, I have to take them to the P.O. to have it weighed, pay, etc.... too much time... having 4 kids it's tough to go to the P.O. often. so, sorry for the inconvenience)

sorry I forgot to stated that. The barrette the whole design is 4 1/2 in.(longest part).I will add another photo so you can see the inside too. I'll also update the listing with the info. thank you!
