Yep, pretty much....I put them on my daughter from the time she was born until at least 1yr, but she won't keep them on now...They are elastic so will stretch to pretty much any infant's head would be my guess...Hope this helps :)

I hate where send is when I'm on my phone!! I'm keeping them just in case even tho she won't wear them!! I'm gonna try to do a little pony on top or pigtails she won't keep a barrette in at all I can do it 100 x's &

I can't comment on the app this is ridiculous!! she takes a clip out then puts it on top of her head like it will stick haha!! still not enough hair 2 do anything esp on the sides...
