The listing, Toy Construction Truck - new has ended.

Toy Construction Truck - new.... Although it has never been opened it has been in storage. The plastic by the front forks has been torn. The forks are moving and the front end moves around but I can't tell if it is supposed to be doing that or it is broken in any way, but I can't find any cracks and it doesn't look like it. Please see all the pictures.
