My boyfriend has psoriasis on his feet, they thought it was athlete's foot and were treating it with intense athlete's foot medicine for ages, poor guy. It made it SO much worse. Luckily it cleared up right away when he tried out some psoriasis steroid cream. My birthday is March 6 :) oh and my aunt has fibro and gets acupuncture and it works SO well for her. She goes 2-3 times a week.

Ya the only thing with that is I has it on more than my feet my face my legs arms head feet hands cream is very messy and I can't use it on all places and it's ok it hurts but I'll be ok been dealing with it a lot almost my whole life thank you all for you concern and caring

alot of left shoulder pain is also a sign of gallbladder problems, they thought it was my fibro for a while until I ended up in the hospital to have my gall bladder removed, just ask and it doesn't hurt to ask...good luck on your health and auction

I can understand how you feel completely, some folks just look at us and think we are faking our fibro and chronic pain, but we are hurting sometimes so bad we don't want a hug and that can really hurt a relationship, especially your family so I got in the happen and hugging first and I hug the most so it isn't as bad....
