This auction is for a 1845 Matron Head, Braided Hair Large Cent.
This coin has been in circulation but does still display a FULL LIBERTY and slight wear on the Braid, Ear and Hair Over the Brow. The Rims on coins are added to take wear and Dings before the rest of the coin, and you can see that the Rims did their job on this coin.

Lately I have been trying to show both pictures and scans of my coins because both seem to show different aspects of certain details. They do not look to be the same coin sometimes, but they are.
