The listing, Pantech p7040p GO PHONE FOR AT&T has ended.

This is a Pantech GO PHONE for AT&T. It works great, only used once. We decided not to keep it cause we got the contract phone just like it.

The AT&T people call it a messenging phone. As long as you have a sims card you can use it. (Even if the sims card is from a contract phone)

Has mobile web, mobile broadband, call and of course text.

The phone comes with the original box, user guide and house charger.

We are wanting to end our contracts with AT&T and go with the GO phones.... just not sure about what comes first;; THe chicken or the egg....... do you have to purchase a Go phone new with the sim card included and if so, then once you've activated the new sim card, can you then take it OUT of that phone and put it in another phone as long as it is an AT&T phone????? Another words, if I bidded/won your phone above, could I take my sim card out of my present contract AT&T phone and put it in the Pantech and it would then be a GO phone??? Confused.... never done the prepay phones before!

I don't know a whole lot. But I do know if you take your sim card out of your current at&t phone it'll work in the go phone. ANY at&t sim card (go phone or contract) will work in the go phone :)
