E-cig, charger, with two re-chargeable cigarettes. The white pack pictured is the charger. The E-cig goes in there and it charges them. You can buy the refills on line, they are very cheap. I bought some of the mint refill at a tobacco shop, for $13.00 a bottle and the bottle lasts on an average of 4 weeks. Depends on how often you puff on the cig. I have been smoke free for a year in February, so don't need it any more.

does this one have the refills that have nicotine in it?

the refills I bought had the 2% nicotine in them. You don't have to have the nicotine. You can buy just the flavors to put in there....does this answer your question?

This is where you will find the blank cartridges...then go to http://www.ecigaretteschoice.com/categories/E%252dLiquid/..here you will find the liquid to put into the blank cartridges. You can choose the amount of nicotine from 24 mg. down to 0 mg. Hope this helps!
