Regarding your response to Katrina14, hospitals, safe shelters, homeless shelters, have a great need for sewn items. Hospitals are always need baby buntings, caps, wraps, preemie clothings, wheelchair totes, handicap hospital gowns, etc. You can also google "charities" for more ideas. Also, check out "Sewing With Nancy" website for a list of Creative Kindness charitable organizations in need of sewn items. This site has a wealth of information for donation items that needed. ok guys i went through my sewing room last night which by the way is scary the joke around the house is once you are in there you have try to find your way out.There is alot of fabric. lol. Anyways I made bags and bags of theme kids plain pattern Christmas. This flat box can be filled with one kind or all of them. I will take pictures and upload later let me know what you guys think

I just packed it up in a box and there is alot alot of fabric i folded it up all nice to alot would fit in the box i added tons more fireman and tons others. Its a over stuffed box of fabric

I've donated to local hospitals, rescue missions, shelters, etc. I find stuff online too, that gives me a start of where to locate recipients...good luck!

Yes, cottons are what I use too. I make quilts for charity as well as pillowcases too. Always looking for neat kids prints for these items.

Fabric for making baby girl quilts. Cotton is fantastic and canvas can be used for baby bag. Also do regular quilting so any color cotton fabric is great.
