Point taken, now look at this as a business. If you owned a website and you were selling you iMac's and Xbox's and you communicated to your customers through the internet. A forum like this or maybe a blog or whatever. And there was this guy, let's call him bbraunpooler, and he was telling everyone that your items were fake, and that your were a liar, and that you shouldn't buy from him. Would you respond and defend your reputation or would you just let it slide? In hindsight I should have just removed your comments, shut the hell up, and went on with my life, but I chose to defend my reputation and for that I apologize. My view on Listia so that you know is that this is a mini-business for me. I am buying items that I either want to keep or sell and so reputation is EXTREMELY important to me. Please, even if it's a joke, don't call people's stuff fake, or call them a liar, or a cheat or whatever unless you have absolute proof. We've all seen BS auctions here and instead of attacking that person (who might be legit) and calling their stuff bogus, the proper thing to do is to tell Listia and let them sort it out. Or if you are joking and you are really trying to be funny, tell the person "hey this is a joke" because they can't see the smile on your face. Make sense?

Alright so I took you off of my block list and I've got no hard feeling or ill will towards you and once again I wish you luck... BTW what happened to your iMac? it seemed like it ended early or something? did you end up selling it and if so can I ask what the final bid was (for future reference)

gotcha, well if you ever want high bids from me, i buy game systems and electronics and i would have probably gone to 35-45K on the mac and 22.5 on the xbox... give or take...

yeah i stay away from cell phones. pretty much anything that requires "activation" is a no no in my book. I've also come across xbox 360's that have been modded and wont work on xbox live so gotta be careful there too. There was a ps3 up last week and i disappeared, the guy was getting worn out about being a fake and i guess he just cancelled the auction... there's another 360 listed right now i'm bidding on but it's stock photos and the guy hasn't posted real ones yet. lol scarey stuff!!! luckily we can always get our credits back if it's a bogus deal...

I think it's time to take a look at the levels. Instead of 0-15 and 16-99, maybe it should be 0-50 and 51-99 to break them up.

Savage, I've released you and forgiven you. It's out of my hands now, you can choose to say whatever you please, just know that you may not get a response. I'm not going to defend any accusations, if you bad mouth me, I'll pass it on to Listia, if it's mature, then we can talk.
