Ok , here goes . The phone itself is in good to very good condition . There are some light scratches on the lower part of the screen that aren't visible when the screen is illuminated . There is normal wear on the outer camera and volume buttons and each of the corners have little nicks from the three times I dropped it in the two days I had this before getting a hard shell case for it . There is a small line of wear around the edge of the touch screen from said hard shell case , which is not visible when in a case of any kind. That is in depth the minor flaws of the outside of this phone . It actually still looks very good . As far as functionality , it is in perfect condition . This is my Favorite phone I have ever had , it does everything . I used this phone as my modem and internet connection for three years while running an ebay business . It is a windows mobile based phone , I ran opera mini on it and loved everything about it . And I Am Picky . It has an attachement antenna/headphone reciever that gets fm radio which you can Record directly to the mini sd card (not included ) ! I Am including a new 50.00 pair of zune ear buds and the 30.00 samsung usb cable to attached to any computer easily , along with an electric blue hard case ( which is the original from three years ago and frankly is a tad jacked up but still better then nothing ) . The original box , start up guide and book manual are included , it also came with a copy of the manual on cd but I dont have it any more . When I bought this outright from the verizon store three years ago it was 479.99 . This I know , its a versatile army tank of a phone in a sleek attractive package , and one of you listiars is going to love it . I have a longterm deep emotional attachment to this phone ...with great power ...comes great responsibility ...care for it well :)
