This is a cute Disney Winnie the Pooh: Basket Hugger Pooh for 18 months & up. He has velcro on his hands.

Packaging says: "Pooh is dressed up as a cute Easter Bunny, complete with ears & cottontail. He'll look adorable hugging an Easter basket, backpack or anywhere you choose to attach him."

He is brand new and was purchased through AVON. You will get a sealed new Pooh.

I can't remember. They were on sale through AVON. It's about 5 inches tall 4 inches wide. It's sealed in plastic and the packaging says 2002. Good Luck!
