The listing, VINTAGE 1951 Photo POSTCARD Hotel Eibsee, Garmisch, Germany, Armed Forces Recreation Center has ended.

Up for bid is a real photo postcard of the Hotel Eibsee (by Lake Eibsee), Garmisch, Germany.

This card was sent home by a US serviceman in 1951 (postmark is U. S. Army APO). Dealer's price is penciled on back and can be erased if bothersome.

Hotel seems to be still operating (4-star rating)! Nice card for collectors of German cards (I have a lot of 28 currently running in a separate auction).

Card will be shipped in a first class envelope which carries no tracking, so please be sure you are in agreement with that method of shipping before bidding.

Very Cool and quite interesting, love the address; Grosse Pointe 30 which they used instead of a Zip Code back then.
