The listing, 20 "Grow it Forward" Tomato Seeds Seed MIX has ended.
This is a seed mix I made, from all the green tomatoes I had to rescue before the frost got them, that I brought inside & left laying around.
They actually ripened!
So I seeded them all out, according to which ones were ripe at the same time.
The mix, is mostly Rose De Berne, Cosmonaut Volkov, maybe a few African Togos, possibly some yellow ones, maybe some red cherry & a very slim possibility of a Ananas Noire aka Black Pineapple, Sweet Solano & Angora Orange.
THERE'S NO GUARNTEE, THAT YOU'LL ABSOLUTELY GET ALL THE TYPES MENTIONED ABOVE, BUT SOME OF THEM MIGHT APPEAR IN A GROW OUT OF THIS MIX.
If the fruit is a...
Med, PINK round, it's a Rose De Berne
Med, RED , round, it's a Cosmonaut Volkov
Small, red, cherry, it's from an unknown volunteer plant.
Small, pink fruit on a dwarf plant, it's an African Togo
med to large, round to beefsteak, mottled, or green on top, red on the bottom, it's a Black Pineapple.
Yellow, it's from an unknown volunteer.
Med, striped, it's a Sweet Solano.
Greyish green, fuzzy plant, med, orange fruit, it's an Angora Orange.
If you like what fruit you get, save seeds.
The more seed savers, & sharers of heirloom / open pollinated seeds, the more diversity, fresh, local produce, & food security in the world.
I named the mix "Grow it Forward" because the mix has the capacity, to produce a lot of interesting tomatoes, to feed the hungry as give away fruit, as in, share the bounty.
These are grown veganically.
Vegan = no animal products, including commercial manures
Organic (not certified) = no chemicals of any kind.
I start from seed, pot up, transplant, tend, water, harvest, dice, deseed, cure the seeds, count them out, & package them all by myself.
It is a time consuming activity.
I don't just buy packets, & divvy them up.
I spend a LOT of time growing, tending & processing them, so u can have a chance at them.
