I bought this in the 80's from the cigarette girl in lake tahoe for $80 and i never used it . this is what the cigarette girls use to wear in the casinos the bulb are changeable to make different colors there is green, blue, red, gold, white, purple the earrings are 2 " long they work with 2 double a batteries and it hooks behind you neck or you can use the barrette that it comes with and hook it under your hair these are nice and bright and look very pretty at night. they looked good on the cigarette girl that is why i bought them
