LOL! Well, truthfully, I don't think I have ever sent out just one charm... LOL! I pretty much use common sense, and I'm not really a hard-a$$ about most things, either. Part of it depends on the person, as well. And, after-all, it's called 'business'.
I'm not going to 'promise' more than what is listed to anyone. Especially out in the open. I tried to hint to that, but I guess it went right over her head. LOL!
