The listing, Vintage Army & Navy Needle Book USS Iowa & Biplane has ended.

The Army and Navy Needle Book, printed in color on the front are a bi-plane, with American eagle, and the USS Iowa.

On the back, promo for the needles, "Highest Diamond Drilled Eyed Sharps Sewing Needles."

Needlebook measures roughly 4-5/8 x 2-1/2 inches; opens to 9-1/4 x 2-1/2 inches.

Conditions are fair/acceptable. Signs or wear/age as shown.

There are only 3 needles inside; cannot say if they are original or not, so don't "needle" me with questions about them - I'd only be guessing (I'm not that "sharp" when it comes to vintage needles lol)

Made in Japan. Best guess as to age is 1930s-1940s... But that's a guess as there were many in this series, and several version at that.

I have some too but they are from my late Grandmother's sewing room and would not be able to part with them - so they live in my sewing box. Thanks so much for listing. Its lovely to see and best wishes!
