Just asking a question not being rude in anyway. OK, So even if tracking shows u the winner never got there item n post office confirms to u it's been lost the mail. U still won't refund? Which the winner wouldn't be responsible for its safety if they haven't gotten it. It's on USPS to keep it safe get to the winner. Not being rude but ur statement is inaccurate.

If it shows you never got the item I will refund, and usps is responsible for those items until they reach you.. they are held responsible for that.. My issue is when the person got there item and says they did not, or another family member got it and didn't give it to them.. And I don't think you were being rude in any way!

OK cool.. I was hoping I didn't come off as being rude. I have had people do that to me.. "oh my mom got it for me n never gave it to me", or oh my product got lost in the mail even though USPS says it was delivered" people think we'he stupid.. lol :)
