Well I have windows 7 so I know for a fact it will be as its identical to the one I have. I dont have vista but I would imagine so.

Holly168, enlarge the back view picture. I found it on the back. Hope this helps. Looks like a tamper-proof tag that reads "8GB." The card back is probably bulk printed for the company's entire line of flash drives. Thus explaining the use of a sticker.
