I used to make these ... did flowers, an eagle one time. Started doing them when my dad was dying in the hospital in Florida and I was there with his wife. I started by making logo pins for all the nice folks in the hotel I was staying in. I could sit and make the pins while I was talking to him (he was in a coma).

That's what got me into beading ... LOL. These are so much fun to design and make! Still have a few hanging around, and I have TONS of safety pins I really need to get rid of ... I put them on Listia before but maybe I'll put more on.

thanks, these were left over from 9/11 - I had a son in Boy Scouts and a daughter in Girl Scouts, and I made them for fundraisers for both Scout troops that year - just ran across the "left-overs" and thought I'd give them a try on Listia!
