This is a Fresh Flow Pet Fountain that I purchased about 2 or 3 years ago for my kitty cat to use. Everything you need, EXCEPT FILTERS, is included with this fountain, but we found that the water flow was better when we didn't use the filters. Our Squeaky loved it, up to until we had to let her go because of having mammary cancer, but she lived a very long life.***** If you don't like the idea of having to pay higher prices for the items you want or need, then PLEASE get in touch with Listia customer service and tell them so, I did, and this is the only way we will have any chance of getting the cost of credits lowered.*******
