They come 16 to an entire box because they're different sizes, and they are made of actual nail polish, so they DO NOT work once the sealed container has been opened. The extra ones you're including either will be too dry, or wont be the right size because you aren't including all sizes that are in the original box.

ok thats fine but i believe that they will still work also im pretty sure there will be enough to fit all nails because only 3 extra are missing i did not buy these my friend did so when i listed this item i did not relize there were only 8 in a pack!

the pack is not open but i found out that there is only 8 in a pack so i am sending 5 extra in a ziploc baggie that have never been used from a pack that i did open and tryed to use but i could not get them to look right and i did not have the time to really work on it

the 5 extra will not work once they the seal is opened,they will dry up
