GIN was set by the price I paid for it. Also crystallized Silver is more expensive than regular Silver. As explained in the description. Please check the prices on the Internet. Thanks for your interest, and you can bid without using the GIN. Thanks for checking this out and good luck if you bid.

Actually not so. 100%pure silver, just like 100%pure gold, is soft and malleable. I'm not sure if it's edible like pure gold, never really heard anything on it or looked into it.

You said the company you bought this from guarantees this. Do you have that in writing? a COA? and is it certified by a gemologist/GIA or whom?

New to metal melting to begin with, so far I've just made my jewelry with beads and strings or wires and stones, but how well would crystalized metals melt down anyway? Do they have a higher melting point? Are there actual crystal bits that would get left behind? (Don't worrh, not going to buy and melt down, just went on a spending spree and don't have enough to match start bid, just want to learn.(

I am not sure - you would have to research it on the internet - a Google search should easily bring up the information you are looking for. Sorry I just don't know anything about melting metals. The only thing that I know is Gold is softer than Silver - and probably easier to melt than other metals.
