It is from an anime dvd I got my daughter for Christmas. I don't remember the exact one, she got 4 different anime.

There is no title or format. The code gives you points. You collect the points to go towards other rewards. I'm not sure how many points this worth. I don't do these type of things.

I am very familiar with the rewards program since I have been a member for more than a decade. Each member is only allowed to redeem one code per title / per format therefore it is important to know that information to know whether or not they have already redeemed that particular code.

Also, if you do not know what movie, or what format (DVD, Blu-ray, Combo pack, etc.) the code came from then I might suggest listing it as a mystery code and then members can decide for themselves whether or not they want to take the risk of bidding on something that they may not be able to redeem, otherwise it will keep getting flagged for "not enough information". P.S. You normally do not earn as much for mystery codes since the buyer is taking that risk.

Great, always glad to help! I've gotten into the habit of removing them & writing a note on them now as soon as I open the case. Then again when I redeem them. Otherwise, I'd never keep track since the kids seem to often take them out and they get all mixed up, lol. Good Luck with this one, (I'll have to double check to see if I can use it). :)
