1. I include Delivery Confirmation on every package.
2. I ship all items in a bubble wrap envelope or a poly envelope. These cost more than regular envelopes.
3. Because my policy is to ship all items by the next business day, I must go to the post office almost every day. This increases my gasoline cost.

So I just noticed that I was the high bidder and I feel really bad because I don't remember bidding on this but I clearly did. I don't have extra money to pay for shipping at this time so if I am the winner at the end of the auction please keep my credits and re-list. I will NOT dispute you over keeping the credits. I obviously made the mistake and sincerely apologize for this as you have very clearly stated winner pays shipping. After the auction ends if I win, I will click "got it". Once again i cannot tell you how sorry I am for the inconvenience.
