first I never downsize a pattern, it's better to buy smaller and expand. So get a child's pattern and make it bigger, not a woman's to make it smaller. That's years of sewing experience speaking! And it's flat rate not free, in other words you can order about 6 patterns to fill the envelope and pay a flat rate of 3.00 to have it sent any where in the us (media mail)
