I bought this collar brand new from Target, tried it on my dog and it was too small and since I had already thrown the packaging away I now have a cute little collar for your dog :)
The second picture is the "most" true to color but not completely. Its not as bright blue as it looks and one of the top stripes is more of a periwinkle/lavender color. Plastic clip and metal leash hook. 6 1/2 to 9 1/4 inches long and just shy of 1/2 inch thick. Any questions just ask!! Thanks for looking and check out my other auctions!!
