This is a new PS Vita First series.(The 1000's) I opened it but ended up using my new ipad I got and I was like hey I'll sell it. I practically took it out of the box but never used it. Literally. Screen is flawless, perfect and no marking on or around it all. Also I didn't use it much because I never bought games. On the Apple store there's so much I already had and I spent my money elsewhere too. Tested, yes! Works 100%. Used, yes but no, was touched yes. I only turned it on and used it for a little bit. It is cellular, I believe 3G or something. Now see, that's a problem I had. I never knew if it was us type band for cell, or japan. Because this is an import. I specifically bought this from japan. But then I thought I'd head for an iPad with cell... 2 in 1. Sound nice, speakers are all good. One bug I also had. Is I barely used the camera much because it's res is so low. On the ps vita it's cam is not top notch. Docomo is what it's preloaded with for cellular so I don't know if that's changeable to a different thing..., or if itll work for your band. Oh, and the backside I tried to get glare on it, that smudge is just a smear. Nice and shiny in the back too. And that's pretty much about it... I'll let this one run a while... The full course.
