I had no problems with this at all, I have connected many times to the computer, I gave our computer to my son and I don't use the computer no more at all so I put this on here, maybe it was you not the item you should keep your opinion to your self, just because you had trouble don't mean I have or anyone else will

I hate to be a downer, but these exact BT adapters are garbage. I have one and went through numerous exchanges and runarounds with the store I bought it from as well as the manufacturer. Eventually I had to give up because neither would give me back my money after a couple of weeks. The adapter itself may be ok, but the drivers and software necessary to operate it is horrible at best. Very buggy and poorly written code.
