The listing, Genuine Diamonds Gold-Plated/Sterling Silver Chevron Necklace has ended.

I am giving away a genuine diamond & gold-plated/sterling silver necklace, which would make the perfect Valentine's gift (to yourself or someone else)! The 1st pic of the necklace is with flash, & the 2nd pic is without flash. I counted at least thirty approximately 1mm-sized diamonds at about 0.01 carats each, which means that there is at least 0.20 CTW worth of diamonds (I'm rounding down quite a bit just to be safe...some of the diamonds are quite small). There is also a lot of diamond accent on this necklace, and it's hard to pick out the real diamonds from the accent because everything is just so shiny and shimmery (but, like I said, I counted at least 30 diamonds in the necklace). Basically, the entire middle, pointed section is made up of all diamonds. Hope that helps! I tried so very hard to take detailed picture of the diamonds in this necklace, and this is the best that I could do.

I, personally, professionally tested the diamonds to ensure that they are authentic with two different diamond testers: a Presidium Gem Tester, which tests diamonds but does not test for moissanite, and a Diamond Nite diamond gem tester which tests for synthetic gems, diamonds, and moissanite. The diamonds passed both testers! (see pics 8 & 9).

The necklace is about 16.5" long, and the chevron is about 2" long and about 1/4" wide.

Comes from a smoke-free, hairy pet-free home (I have a snake and gecko, but they can do no harm : ) ).

Oh, haha! Yeah, I've had some of my fans list stuff that I wanted and didn't know about until it was too late. I wish that I had known about it. You don't think that my fans would see it as spam, do you? I definitely don't want my messages to be viewed as spam. Is there an easy way to send a message to fans all at once or would I have to individually send a message to each one? (I have over 1000 fans...yikes!)

Oh, I'm sorry. Yeah, I was shocked when nobody commented on it or was watching it for the first 3 days. I mean, I understand waiting to bid. But, I thought that someone would have at least commented and/or watched it. So, I thought that maybe I should just take it down and keep it. Hi I just wanted to let you know the way you tell real diamonds to diamond accents. The ones with real diamons will have an open hole in the back so the diamonds can breathe, :0 hope that helps/

Yes, exactly! So, that's what I did with this necklace. I counted the open holes in the back. However, it's even kind of hard to differentiate the open holes from the closed holes on this necklace because all of the holes appear hollow (of course, it couldn't be simple). So, I turned the necklace around so that the back was facing me, lit a flashlight and placed it underneath the necklace, and counted the little balls of light that shined through the back (if that makes any sense). I counted more than 30 diamonds (and temporarily blinded myself in the process, LOL)

Thanks! Now I totally don't regret listing it. I only regretted listing it at first because, for the first three days that it was up, no one seemed interested in it (no comments/no bids....nothing!) and it looked really pretty on me. I was afraid that no one would want it, and it looked so good on me that I thought, "Maybe I should take it down and cut my losses for the credits that I used to make the auction premium". OK, I rearranged several photos. So, now it's being gold tested in the 7th pic. I added two photos of me wearing it. Honestly, after I put it on, I thought, "Why am I giving this away again?" (I haven't worn it for a long time) and I kind of regretted listing it because it's so pretty. But, then I remembered that I had spent a bunch of credits to make this auction Premium, so I decided not to take the auction down.

The necklace is stamped "Italy" on the clasp in two different places, (see pic 4), and it is stamped 925 in four different places (twice on the clasp, once on the chevron, and once on the lobster claw - see pics 3 & 4). It's also stamped "SUN" on the chevron. It it not stamped as being gold-plated anywhere, but I tested with my gold tester, and the results show that it is gold-plated! (I was honestly surprised to find that it was gold-plated because it's not stamped anywhere). The yellowish blobs in the last pic from my gold tester show that it's gold-plated. I think that it's actually 10K gold-plated. It tested as being between 9K and 14K, so I believe that it's 10K gold-plated.
