if u read all the previous post yea there's a battery. no there's ISN'T A CORD!!! and if it first have wifi it means it's an older model processor so yes you can surf the web. just don't expect to be able to play WoW or run a movie of the Internet. try reading the previous post for goodness sake!!!!!!

It is a Gateway Solo 5300
Will have to order the correct cord from eBay for it. I was use the cord from my Toshiba laptop.
