Casper the Friendly Ghost is a fictional character with very personable character.
Casper's first appearance was in 1939 for a children's book titled "The Friendly Ghost," and later in a 1945 animated cartoon of the same name.

Condition: New! Cute patch with no stains, tears or markings. Patch is meant to be in a "flying" position.
