I try and wildcraft (gather herbs) everytime i take a walk in the forest. Wild herbs grow on my forested property

That's great, I live in an Farley isolated area. I know a lot of different plants to use around here.
So do you use the leaves or flower or the root? We have some plants for medicinal use but certain parts are dangerous on some of the plants. Just want to be safe

All parts of raspberry are edible but the leaves are used for medicinal tea

All parts of dandelion are medicinal also. The fried flowers are delicious!
