This is my yellow jalapeno pepper plant. This is a sweet pepper.
I never grow bell peppers cause I never use the whole thing. Then it goes in the fridge and goes bad. These are great cause they are small enough that if you only need a 1/2 cup or so you are not wasting peppers. If you need more.. then pick more.
I made a jar of pickled peppers with these and my red no heat jalapenos, and my orange Santa Fe (which is almost the same size, heat and shape as a jalapeno) and green jalapenos and it was soo pretty. And really good!!

I dont have many of these seeds now because a deer ate most of my plant about 2 months ago and I lost all my peppers!

I am cutting way back on my pepper growing this season.. but this one is definatly gonna be one of the ones I plant
