me too! and different backs, etc i love them the ones i get rid i honestly hate to but i am always improving the t206 set it is so big and so many variations you can work/add/improve that set for 5 lifetimes!

Royal "Hunky" Shaw only played in one Major League game on May 16, 1908, with the Pittsburgh Pirates. He went 0 for 1 and never played in another game.

yep they made MANY minor league cards, they are worth the same amount i mean as far as commons, it is still a nice card, heck of a name for 1 game though huh lol?

dont you love how some people drop a auction bomb on ya keeping potenial buyers from going the extra mile for something nice . any way that guy who went 0/1 and didnt play again,. for anyones info shaw coulnt play in big league for family reasons ,.also he played with ty cobb lajioe evers, cy young, see these guys most of them where these cards staRTED to materalize came from HARD work at the railroads faCTORYS, WALKED OUT SET THERE LUNCH PAIL DOWN ,ROLLED UP SLEEVES TUCKED PANT LEGS IN SOCKS(HENCE WHITE SOX/BLAck sox ,red sox)played ball for nothing,did u know after one of these lot games from the love of a brand new game called BASE BALL, ty cobb went to local pub and killed someone by beating that person to death,almost never knew he exsisted ty cobb that is, rarest back on a card is black polar bear.one last thing dont go by what u read from peoplethat dont know all the facts ,one last, do think the famous honus wagner was that good?not even close!he was terrible~! his card is worth so much for one reason,he went to piedmonts offices,was talking to someone where they were putting these cards in player cigarette tins grabbed and got most of them (his cards!)as he threw them in garabage whatever he threatened lawsuit didnt want his cards or his likeness associated with tobbaco!now today as these hands down will skyrocket in price. lol wayne getzky ok so i think he only has 11 topps 206 in the world,wayne gretsky owns the holy grail card worth close to 2 and a half million!honus was payed a total of 915.00 dollars for his carrer,more then he deserved he suxed,these guys were embarresed for the longest time playing some silly game that would be long forgotten ;stupid waste of time game called base ball.

Sry i rambled on i have a passion for thse cards they've made me money there like cash .i (bragging here)have 4 tobbacco tins unopened! and yes1 each holds a topps 206 with a potenial of holding a ty cobb/honus wagner no /he stopped that ,do u know how hard it is not rip em open!ive had em for 8 yrs.oh i put my money where my mouth is too, gave nice bid good luck

Man where did you come by the 4 tins? are we talking original tins i do not mind the rambling, & As long as i can ramble back and pick at what you said a little lol, i have to disagree with what you are saying the Flying Dutchman (wagner) That he wasn't that good of a good player, Cobb himself called Wagner "maybe the greatest star ever to take the diamond. he was inducted into the hall in 1936 same % (95.1) of HOF votes as ruth, he led the league in average 8 times, same with On-Base Plus Slugging 8 times, led the league in doubles 7 times, 11 times he led the league in wins above replacement ,(WAR) , 5 times he even led the league in stolen bases! You are correct he thought baseball cards should be for kids and only some leaked out and he was P-OED! I love the dead ball era, When baseball wasn't all about the bucks and guys stayed in the same place etc, i could go on all day about t-206 cards, There are much much rarer backs there are 16 different backs in the t-206 set:

I may have got alittle carried away .lol to me wagner was a jorneyman, but,men like him took a stand and to me baseball exsists because of him, question ;have you ever seen a sweet caporal cigarettes,.the standard for,...pears! i used to have 6 tins and yes the real deal,this card came from tin and its redish sky in background name is oblrin beautfull card guess what check out the auction im doing now
